The film .45 is an independent 2006 dark comedy/thriller starring Milla Jovovich, Angus Macfadyen, Aisha Tyler and Stephen Dorff. The movie was written and directed by Gary Lennon. Set in New York's Hell's Kitchen during the 1970s, the film revolves around a couple involved in small-time crime. After Big Al (Macfadyen), a gun and drug-dealer, abuses his girlfriend, Kate (Jovovich), one too many times, she plots revenge.
Costume design for this film was Joanna Syrokomla whose work you also saw in The Big Thing, Mike and Hank and in 2008 Saving God and Phanthom Punch among other works.
